Paris Hilton Is Trying To Get Out Of Another Obligation

Paris Hilton's therapist is claiming that the heiress is distraught and traumatized by her jail sentence. So much in fact, that she cannot participate in an upcoming civil court case in which actress Zeta Graff is suing Paris for slander ($10 million dollars worth of slander). This really isn't her year is it? In 2005, Zeta is claiming that false statements were made about her stalking Paris and ex-boyfriend Paris Latsis.

"She is emotionally distraught and traumatized as a consequence of the findings at the May 4 hearing, the jail sentence imposed upon her by the judge, and her fear of incarceration." Hilton is facing an order to testify in the civil trial beginning May 21, but the psychiatrist argues that "given (Hilton's) current psychological, and emotional state ... (she's) not capable of any meaningful participation in a trial."
