It’s no surprise that Britney Spears has been lip-synching during her House of Blues tour. She has said time and time again that she is a performer and not a singer. During her Orlando show, her track skipped and made it very noticeable that she was not singing live.

In other Britney news, she threw quite a tantrum on an United Airlines flight heading to Miami. Apparently, Britney didn’t like the fact that there were no leather seats. So she huffed and puffed until they let her off the flight.

“She just said, ‘I don’t want to fly on this plane. It hasn’t got leather seats,’ ” passenger Tony Sanchez told Splash News. The captain accommodated, later apologizing to passengers. “He said a passenger wanted to get off so he had to respect their wishes. He didn’t say it was Britney Spears.” Sanchez said. “Some people were getting really annoyed.” Spears’ flacks didn’t return calls.

Goodbye Frumpy! Hello Sexy! I don’t particularly love the dress. But you have to admit it’s a tad bit more stylish than the other outfits Jessica Simpson has recently been photographed wearing. Truthfully, it’s not so much about the dress as it is about her makeup, hair and persona. Jes has gotten the zest in her step back.

After a six year engagement, Shakira and Antonio De La Rua are finally ready to walk down the aisle. The two plan to marry in the Dominican Republic at a mansion in Punta Cana. Rumor has it the ceremony will take place in early September of this year.
