Goodbye Frumpy! Hello Sexy! I don't particularly love the dress. But you have to admit it's a tad bit more stylish than the other outfits Jessica Simpson has recently been photographed wearing. Truthfully, it's not so much about the dress as it is about her makeup, hair and persona. Jes has gotten the zest in her step back.
