Kelly Osbourne was photographed hanging out in Soho with a friend. Did anyone get to catch "America's Got Talent" with her mom? The show is terrible. But I loved how Sharon stood up for the little children that were getting BASHED by that other judge.

I thought she was fat until I looked at the pics of the people around her in the 2nd shot. She is only a little chubby. People usually look a lot bigger in photos.
