We all have that body part that we can’t stop thinking about even though we might not need to. I can’t stop thinking about my thighs. But there is a deep rooted childhood experience that just won’t allow me to let it go. My father used to tell me to “stop eating the canolies” when I was in High School. It was his way of letting me know I was a little hippy. MEANWHILE I was barely 130 pounds!! Now I can’t look at those damn things without cringing.THANKS DAD!
When Rihanna was asked about her slimmed down figure, she said it just about being healthy. But even though she looks fabulous, she can’t stop thinking about her legs.

“It wasn’t so much losing weight as being fit and toned and healthy. I just didn’t feel great. Now I’m working out and trying to eat healthy. That’s making me lose weight without even thinking about it. I’m not intentionally trying to get skinny. I work with a trainer. We work on the arms. I don’t want manly, muscular arms. We work out my butt because I love my butt. (But) my legs are my main focus. I’m obsessed.”
