In just 15 minutes, Paris Hilton’s court case will begin. TMZ is reporting that the judge is insisting Paris be present for the hearing. Originally she was told she could just call in.
Stay tuned! I have CNN and Court TV on and I am ready to go.
- 12:01 – Paris Hilton is late. But that’s not her fault. She was supposed to phone in. They are showing an air view of her house. Really quiet.
- Al Sharpton is saying that this is racially unfair.
- People are in front of her house with signs that say, “We Love Paris!”
- 12:04 – It just came out that Paris Hilton pressed her medical emergency button over and over again in her cell. She wouldn’t stop crying and insisting she needed help. Maybe they released her to make it easier on the staff!
- She is NOT coming through the front door. There is a secret door all set up for Paris to enter the courts. I don’t think she’s left home yet. The reporters are still all over her house gate. This might take forever…
- 12:37 – nothing yet. Talking about a summit. Switched over to Fox News. They are all over this puppy.
- 13 miles or so to drive. Going to drive in 4 door Mercedes. It looks like it is starting to happen. Lots of things happening in front of her house.
- 12:44 – they are showing fans putting flowers on her gate. YYYYAAAAWWWWNNNNN!
- 12:59 – you have no idea how many cop cars are around her house. This is getting absurd. I hope there isn’t a robbery in that town because they will be short staffed for sure! OH and there are pink and white balloons wrapped around her gate too.
- 1:04 – they made SUCH A GREAT POINT! If she was SOOOO sick, then why wasn’t she brought to the hospital? I never thought of that point because I always knew it was a B.S. excuse. I am sure the judge will ask that question as well.
- 1:17 – Paris is finally on her way to court. She ended up going in the Sheriff’s car. She is wearing “baggy” clothing (more so then what we are used to). I think I saw her hair in a ponytail. THE PAPARAZZI ARE RUNNING BEHIND THE CAR. I mean jetting down the street trying to catch up!!
- 1:22 – Paris’ parents are seen getting in their car.
- 1:46 – She was handcuffed according to all three sources (tmz, fox and cnn).
- 1:49 – Paris is in the court house. Snuck in side door. Now the show will really begin!
- 1:54 – Mom and Dad Hilton go through the media circus and wouldn’t make any comments. Why didn’t they just sneak in like Paris?
- 1:58 – shots of Paris embracing her sister and parents are repeating. They are long, real hugs. I think she is scared. I would be too. I have a feeling she is going back in today and she knows it.

Her "medical" reason is probably that she is addicted to something and has withdrawals while she is in jail. Those can actually be really painful.
The bottom line that makes her situation even worse is that she has the money to drink as much as she wants and hire a personal driver!! She has no excuse, especially after the first incident….she should have hired drivers every time she chose to go out…
