PARIS IS GOING BACK TO JAIL. When she found out she started to SCREAM. She is in shackles and was removed screaming and crying!! Sheriff is at risk of being held in contempt and might get locked up in his own jail! SHE HAS TO SERVE FULL SENTENCE - 45 DAYS! As soon as the ruling was ordered, Paris shouted,

UPDATE: Her body was shaking constantly while in court. She didn't stop dabbing her tears away. I think I heard she will get 5 days credit for time served.
UPDATE 2: A man started to scream "NO! NO! NO!" while a court official announced the sentence outside. Then all you heard was people telling the guy "SHUT UP" and threw him out of the media circle. That was pretty funny. No appeals intention was announced by defense attorney.
*** People are emailing me asking how she got credit for 5 days. She went into jail a few minutes before midnight on the first day and got credit for one full day. On the day she was released, it was a few minutes after 12. So again, she got credit for the full day served. Add that to the actual three days she was in - and there you go.
UPDATE 3: Paris is at the USC medical center - the place where the jail infirmary is located. That is at least what they are saying. People are saying that it was obvious she needed medical attention while in court. All of a sudden? Did she need medical care at her welcome home party? Just asking...
UPDATE 4: Appeal! Appeal! Appeal! - Expect one by Monday.
Update 5: Grandpa Hilton gave that Sheriff $1K in donations last year. I told you he was on payroll!
UPDATE 6: She is back in jail - getting processed and about to get placed back in her cell.
Justice served! This is a glorious day for America!
That judge is high-up in my book. He is sending a clear statement that in his court celebrities are NOT above the law and cannot buy their way out of the consequences of their actions.

But why does she have to serve the 45 days? Shes already done 5 ( by their way of counting lol ) and they reduced it to 23. Its not like she broke out of jail. They let her out.

I think the reasoning behind her being let out was her doing...hence the back in jail for full sentence
ie. starving herself...etc.
She is only suppose to serve the 23 day sentence and get credit for 5 days served. How they got 5 days is beyond me. I think techinically it was only actually 2 days since she checked in late at night.

For all the people out there defending her remember all the people who died because of drunk driving. She got probation for that and broke the law again twice

I really dont feel justice has been served and this doesnt make me feel happy :-( All I can keep thinking of are real criminals like Oj, Michael Jackson, Karla Homolka, and many, many more who are walking around free. I mean how many more times are they going to arrest and let Pete Doherty go??

She is being put back in jail because she was let out by someone who was COMPLETELY OVERSTEPPING THE BOUNDARIES OF HIS JOB!!!! That a---hole Baca had no jurisdiction to put her on house arrest in the first place.
Why is so horrible to insist that people take responsibility for the choices they make? Paris is in this mess because of the choices SHE made. She chose to drive intoxicated. She chose to drive on a suspended license. She chose to violate her probation. She must pay the penalty.
I find it sad that her parents were such poor examples and taught her that she was somehow exempt from the rules of life, but I’m sorry, I don’t understand why I am supposed to feel sorry for her. She is in this situation because SHE put herself there.
Anyone would be upset having to go to jail, that’s a given, but why all the drama and histrionics from her today? She didn’t freak out like this when they sentenced her in the first place. I wonder why? Maybe because she knew she could buy her way out of completing the jail time, hence the reduction to 23 days. When she got out yesterday was ‘I wonder who they paid offâ€
I live in Cali, outside of LA, and her sentence isn’t outrageous or too much. It’s the same as anyone else would get. Actually, 60 days would be the more likely sentence. I am not rejoicing over this, but I am satisfied that this judge is holding her responsible in this case. If someone wants to call that me having no heart or compassion, then so be it.
Maybe she’ll learn something about a little thing called, personal responsibility.

You keep mentioning that she was reassigned to house arrest. I will say it again...the sheriff had no right to change the punishment that was handed down by the judge. The judge stated specifically that she was to serve her time IN JAIL, no house arrest, no ankle bracelet.
I think the point is Paris drove while intoxicated so now she deserves whatever punishment she gets. Just image if some innocent life got taken away because of her stupidity and even though no one else was harmed the fact is she broke the law and she should learn to accept whatever comes because she was the only one who brought it upon herself.
like it or not, but that jail systems numbers show that people sentenced for a misdemeaner do 10-25% of their sentence which she has completed or close to completed, that includes blacks, whites, greens & purple people
She is sentenced to 45 days in jail--she is getting credit for 5. The way she is freaking out, she will only have to do 20 more days. I agree with Leslie R....As someone who also freely admits to previously 20+ yrs ago, doing LAME things like DRINKING & DRIVING, I think that Paris needs to do her time for the crime. And, while she is at it, give up the drugs & booze once and for all! But detoxing in jail--That has GOT to be hard....
She could have killed someone driving under the influence. She should get the death penalty!

My brother did the exact same thing she did. DUI and then violation of his probation twice... for driving with a suspended license.
He had to serve 60 days in jail and he did. He took it like a man (with no special treatment like Paris had) and he is a better person today because of it.
She really could have shown so much character if she had simply dealt with it. I never had an opinion of her before either way but now I pity her and see her as a spoiled and very weak person.

I think Paris medical problem, if she has one, is more likely to be drug withdrawal. I think that is why her family would want to be so hush-hush about it.
If there was a real medical condition her family would have acknowledged it long before this. The Hilton PR machine is in overload to garner sympathy for thier daughter.
