I don't know if it's a question of ''fair.'' I'm saddened by the outcome. I did everything that the producers and the network asked me to do. I came back under great duress and stress, and thought I was doing the job I was hired to do. I thought that was going to speak for my future at Grey's, but apparently that wasn't the same vision that the network and studio had for me.
I knew she was aware of the decision. But you have to understand that she's at the helm of one of the top-rated scripted shows on television.
She called me on Thursday of last week [June 7] and told me that I would not be returning to the show. Just like she personally called me and invited me to the show. It was full circle.
Yesterday.
I don't know anything about that.

It did seem as though they were leading him on, as if they were going to keep him on the show if he did what they ask of him. They should have got rid of him in the beginning instead of making it a long dramatic soap opera.

I think they led him on too i mean if did something at work an then i jump through hoops to stay on i would rather the tell me upfront that im fired than months after the fact when i think every thing is ok. i dont watch it either but i think they r going to loose audence members because of how they handled the whole thing
True. If they planned to fire him why try and humiliate him just to make TRK an gays feel better ?? where 's the justice in all this ? The show sucks w/o him. heck, actors have DUI s all the time and lie pleny to media and make fools of themselves, drugs and all. So if IW thinks it may be about his race then why are the gay tribe ranting and screaming abt using the N word ?? It just is not a proper comparison. Why did this guy have to pay with blood when actors have so many DUI s and any amt of violations. DUI s can cause accidents and death ......but a word gets you fired ? Very fishy. Was it about his race then ?
