I can completely understand the day to night outfit change. Britney Spears wore a pair of short shorts and a vest as she shopped around for a new car. But later that evening she made a quick wardrobe change with her friend as they partied at Club Winston. The rumor is she does this to give the paparazzi more sell-able shots. With every outfit shot, media outlets have to purchase at least one more photo from the set to stay current with Britney's life.  I also heard she is getting a cut of $$ the additional photos are fetching.
