Gordon Ramsay Spills The Steamed Beans On Victoria Beckham

Ever wonder how Victoria Beckham stays so slim and trim? TV chef Gordon Ramsay told the UK Mirror that is has to do with steaming all of her food. Minus a few curses, here is what he had to say:
"If you ate everything steamed for two years then f*** me, you'd lose a lot of weight! She eats well but her food has no fat, no cream. It means you don't need to add oils. It also retains more of the nutrients in the food."

Wow ..Her boobs are soooo fake! Weird..
iren33- please dont tell me you just noticed those balloons.... lol
anyways, i dont think she does drugs. i think she flat out starves herself. case closed.
She looks so odd standing there next to the commonfolk! :) I admire people like Jessica Biel and Kate Hudson and Charlize Theron who understand the difference between glamorous and "rubbing our faces in it"
During my college days, I only ate steamed vegetables and oatmeal because it all I could afford. I lost a lot of weight and was still full and had energy. It also helps to really like vegetables as a child because I love my vegetables.
She just seems so vain... I wish she could smile and dress comfortably around her kids. That outfit is really inappropriate and she sticks out like a sore thumb.
Oh common,i eat everything and still am very slim, like her actually,is just my genes and i am 32 already, sometimes people actually tell me that i am too thin and then i try to eat more but my apetite is not the best and i don´t like sweets, never have since i was a child. Not everyone is the same....
Steamed vegetables, sushi, pretzels, and diet coke. Sounds good to me. I could easily live on that... too bad such a diet is very expensive; at least the vegetables and sushi.
I live to eat.
She eats to live.
Well I would try this method of eating because it sounds healthy, but why is she sooo skinny if it is a good way to eat?
