We have all noticed that Jessica Simpson has been shedding the pounds over the last few weeks. It is now being reported that she has lost a whopping 25 pounds! I didn’t realize it was THAT much. How the heck did she do it you ask?

In a healthy nutshell, we need 5 meals a day that each fulfill the five criteria below:
- Low-fat protein
- Healthy carbohydrates
- 5-10 grams of fiber
- Healthy fats
- Non-sugar beverage









Eat less, exercise more and avoid fatty, sugary foods?? Wow, this guy is some type of diet revolutionary genius!
