Jessica Simpson Sheds 25 Pounds Thanks To New Diet And Fitness Routine

We have all noticed that Jessica Simpson has been shedding the pounds over the last few weeks. It is now being reported that she has lost a whopping 25 pounds! I didn’t realize it was THAT much. How the heck did she do it you ask?

  • Hired trainer Harley Pasternak
  • Maintained a strict 1,300 calorie a day diet
  • Began the 5-Factor Diet and Fitness Plan – where meals are delivered to her door

In a healthy nutshell, we need 5 meals a day that each fulfill the five criteria below:

  • Low-fat protein
  • Healthy carbohydrates
  • 5-10 grams of fiber
  • Healthy fats
  • Non-sugar beverage
