Jessica Alba Wants Producers To Get Past Her "Hotness"

Jessica Alba realizes she has to maintain a certain body type to get considered for upcoming movie roles. But that doesn't mean she has to like it. She relies on her walkman (did I just date myself? - should I write iPod instead?) on the highest volume level to distract her from her exercise routine.

"I have to look good but I hate to exercise. I get so bored so I just do anything that keeps me from wanting to kill myself when I am in the gym, like listening to my music on level 100."

But at the same time, Jessica is hoping that her future body of work will make producers look at her differently. She is dying to be taken seriously as an actress.

"I hope all my new work will help producers in getting past my hotness."
