Cameron Diaz Is Still Talking About Her Fear Of Commitment

Doesn't it seem that in recent interviews, Cameron Diaz brings up this fear of commitment that she has with everything in her life? Now she is talking about how she has rejected really great movie roles because of her fear that she might have to do sequels. Why didn't that stop her from doing Charlie's Angels?

"There are a lot of great roles out there but you know my problem? I'm really bad at commitment. "I just hate committing myself to anything. I'm terrible at making plans. I have no idea where I want to be. It's probably comes from me being a total spoiled brat and always getting my own way. I don't even want a dog. My cat just died and I don't want another cat. Oh god, I've just opened another friggin' can of worms."

Is it wrong that I feel like she is releasing this quote to make it seem like she is the reason her relationship ended with Justin Timberlake? I am reading between the lines - I KNOW. But I do sense that she is trying to prove another point.
