Gwyneth Paltrow was photographed making her way around town in her brand new pair of crutches with her little daughter Apple close by. She is one big girl!  Earlier this week, Gwyneth had to have arthroscopic surgery on her right knee. Her publicist isn’t spilling the beans on what exactly happened. But we do know that she is expected to make a full recovery.
