American Idol Tryouts!!

Mark your calendars! Gas up your cars! American Idol is on the road again looking for the next big thing since sliced bread. I am sure more dates will be released soon enough. But here is what I have so far:
· San Diego: July 30 at Qualcomm Stadium
· Dallas: Aug. 6 at Texas Stadium
· Omaha: Aug. 10 at Qwest Center
· Atlanta: Aug. 14 at a location to be announced
· Charleston, SC: Aug. 18 at N. Charleston Coliseum
· Miami: Aug. 22 at AmericanAirlines Arena
· Philadelphia: Aug. 27 at Wachovia Center
Is anyone NOT going to watch this season because of the Sanjaya debacle? Or are you more likely to watch because of it? I know I said I wouldn't. But those auditions are just too funny to pass up.

I stopped watching AI when Chris was kicked off. Through the internet and shows like ET and AH I was kept informed of what was happening without having to actually watch the show. I doubt if I will watch this coming up season, either.

I stopped watching after the 3rd season. So, no, I will not be watching this one.

I still kind of enjoy it. This season was a bit lacklustre for me...the whole Antonella/Sanjaya b.s. got annoying, but in the end...the person who deserved to win did, so I still think its a legitimate contest.

The auditions are still the best part of the whole show though!

yes the auditoons are always the best, because I love watching bad singers and i love watching the judges reactions to bad singers haha. the 6th season had a poor top 24 but that does not mean that the 7th season will have a poor top 24 too. sanjaya? i already forgot him. I thínk the 7th season will be awesome, I just hope they get rid fo those boring "guest mentors". this is the best show on TV by far ( there is a reason why American Idol rules the nielsen ratings hehe)
