As reported a few days ago, Britney Spears has served her mother with legal documents asking her to stay clear of her children. Only in Hollywood folks! Can you imagine doing such a thing to your own mother? If my daughter ever..... ARGH! You can see a video of the transaction here.

Sources say Britney feels that her mom turned on her in the days before she entered Promises rehab. She also feels Lynne Spears is not stable enough to be around Brit's kids because she may have her own "issues." We're told the letter bluntly asks Lynne to stay away from the children if she is taking any medications that would impair her ability to be around them.

She is one crazy bitch. I hope her mom goes to court to get grandparent visitation rights. I am pretty sure, she would get it. And if not, she should help Kevin get custody so she can visit over there. Which I think is the problem anyway. She knows Kevin and her mom get along and are better at taking care of the kids than that screwball is.

I agree. In most jusrisdictions, all parties in an Action must be served by a "disinterested" person, constable, sheriff, authorized process server etc. If it was an extrajudicial (without the blessing of a judge) document such as cease and desist demand written by her or her attorney, maybe, but it would loose legal teeth, considering her behavior that has been made public for some time, which is sad in its self. What is even sadder is the manner in which the media is tearing her to shreds for our "entertainment". If it were such a demand and her mother or other family members who are stepping up to the plate to assure the care and safety of the children, ignored or challenged it, a court would decide its validity. If it turns out that she was delivering something inocuous like a shopping list and the tabloid media created this "serving her own mother" sensation to use as chum to keep the Britany feeding frenzy alive, they once again confirm their status in society as sewer rats. If it is true, ask yourself this question: couldnt it be that it is part of the denial stage of what she is suffering from? Would you be so quick to condemn her at every whimsical tabloid tidbit you hear if she were a member of your own family? Live and let live!
What an ungrateful fat bitch! Britney should be ashamed of herself. This is nothing but a revenge to get back at her mom, all b/c she was trying to help her. Britney is still in denial, and she loves blaming everyone for all her problems. Nice way of humiliating your mom like that....FATTIE!!!

I hope you are correct in that she does have the support of Kevin and her Mother. And, I hope her and her Mother are able to work this out..whatever is going on between them.
She will need all of the people she can get...and besides that, who really wants to be fighting with your Mom anyway??
