there is no reason to say such horrible things as "she is evil" and so on. she is a person, and along the way she was finding herself maybe you dont agree with things she has done, but i am pretty sure, no one is perfect. she happens to help people, that many people cannot. she donates her time and money to help. Yvonne and Elizabeth, you to must be very pathetic to rip on someone just because of the image the public and the media give them. you do not have the right to critize and condemn people you dont even know.

I am not a "loon", #44. I believe some of the women posting here are somewhat immature, irresponsible, jealous, and choose to discredit, discount or dismiss anyone that they feel threatens their version of "good," "good-natured," or "admirable."
If you were in contact with more human beings that have a global perpective of the world and that are capable of really loving someone outside your race as your own, you would be able to see Angelina for who she really is. She is an inspirational woman.
Unfortunately, the type of love that Angelina is capable of is not shared nor understood by most people. She can mistakes, fail at marriages, and still find hope. It takes courage to move ahead, knowing that the next relationship is not guaranteed for success. She is not a freak; she is just not afraid to love deeply...and lose, or win.
I admire her power, her boldness, her passion for life. I am not focused on how many mistakes she had made; I am watching how many times she gets back on her feet, gets stronger with sharper wisdom and keeps going. This woman is growing in a positive way, and we able to enjoy some of her goodness.
And here come the holier-than-thou, oh be more worldly, saint angie crowd. Typical.

I think they have a lot in common.
Both had disrupted families growing up and were hurt by their fathers. Both married much older men and left them. Both had/have substance misuse problems and eating disorders. Both claim/ed to dislike fame and yearn for privacy yet managed to have their every thought broadcast. Both have/ had psychiatric problems. Both use/d the media for their own ends and threw hissy fits when the media had its own agenda. Both trumpet/ed their love for children yet let nannies raise said children. Both like/d having sex with married men, revisiting the betrayal they felt when daddy left by being the one in control who takes someone else’s man away (don’t forget Ange did it to Laura Dern, Billy Bob Thornton’s fiancée long before Anniston and Dodi was engaged to another woman before Diana got her mitts on him) Both are/were beautiful with the ticking time bomb of starvation threatening to cut that beauty down.
All that said, there is one difference. I liked Diana and felt she rose above what was expected of her to get a genuine life, albeit cut tragically short. The other madam makes me sick.
