Avril Copies Again?

First it was the Rubinoos, now the Peaches? Avril Lavigne is currently fighting accusations of plagiarism, which she totally denies. But this may not be the first time. Now people are saying that the intro to her song "I Don't Have to Try" is strangely similar to the Peaches "I'm the Kinda." To hear a comparison click here (some profanity in lyrics).
I'm on the fence - what do you guys think? Is this just another case of once you're famous everyone wants a piece of you? Or did she rip them off??

in the new issue of instyle avril is in it about a story of your favorite summer songs, on her list is the peaches song im the kinda. so....hmmm.
Avril Lavigne is hated by 99% of Canada, and now she is starting be hated by The US too. I say, good riddance to skanky dirty stupid rubbish.

I just think she takes herself very seriously, and she honestly thinks she has an amazing voice and that she´s a very talented songwriter/performer.
That´s what I don´t like about her, even women who I really admire don´t talk about themselves the way avril does, so of course when someone calls her a fake, I obviously don´t know the truth, but I don´t trust a girl who is so full of herself that would never admit doing something wrong.
I never liked her or her music..It always seems like she sings for children of 8 years old...too childish!!
I find it laughable that a stupid single by Avril is getting so much publicity.
Remember when everyone loved Avril because she was a pop princess who kept her clothes on?
Other Karen - I think she did have permission. Her song sampled that beat. I remember reading about it because it was such a big deal at the time that they let her use it when so many other people wanted to use it.

ok for starters everyone whos just joining the band wagon to try and take her down...you all need to get a life! avril has done nothing wrong at all! ive seen her make this album! NO STEALING INVOLVED! the only thing similar with gf and that band noone has ever heard of the the fack that it has hey you in it! if you actually listen to both songs all the way through, there IS no nothing on it! and as for the peaches thing! SHE is sad that her career is OVERRRR and shes envious! go get a life peaches! no one wants you anymore! and the songs sound nothing alike! avrils beat has far more bass notes on it and peaches uses exact vocal repetition! avril doesnt! and i think its so sad how now people are trying to compare her to anything! i even heard someone compare her my chemical romance LMAO! get a life people!!!

Avril is best.I listen her song and it don't have any similar.Give her alone haters!You are jelaous of her.Her songs are pop/rock now and I like it.It's better than country and rap music you listen.
