Avril Copies Again?

First it was the Rubinoos, now the Peaches? Avril Lavigne is currently fighting accusations of plagiarism, which she totally denies. But this may not be the first time. Now people are saying that the intro to her song "I Don't Have to Try" is strangely similar to the Peaches "I'm the Kinda." To hear a comparison click here (some profanity in lyrics).
I'm on the fence - what do you guys think? Is this just another case of once you're famous everyone wants a piece of you? Or did she rip them off??

I just think she takes herself very seriously, and she honestly thinks she has an amazing voice and that sheÂ´s a very talented songwriter/performer.

ThatÂ´s what I donÂ´t like about her, even women who I really admire donÂ´t talk about themselves the way avril does, so of course when someone calls her a fake, I obviously donÂ´t know the truth, but I donÂ´t trust a girl who is so full of herself that would never admit doing something wrong.

Other Karen - I think she did have permission. Her song sampled that beat. I remember reading about it because it was such a big deal at the time that they let her use it when so many other people wanted to use it.

ok for starters everyone whos just joining the band wagon to try and take her down...you all need to get a life! avril has done nothing wrong at all! ive seen her make this album!
