Clay Aiken Survived Plane Assault

Yeah... that was an overtly dramatic title for a story that really isn't that big of a deal. Clay Aiken put his foot on a woman's armrest and she wasn't too happy about it. In the end, the freaking FBI got called it. But no charges were made. Oy Vey! Can't we all just take some Dramamine and get to where we are supposed to be going?

"While sleeping on a plane over the weekend, my foot evidently found a home on the arm rest of the passenger seated directly in front of me. I didn't realize I was causing the woman any distress until she woke me up with a quick hit to the chest. Unfortunately, being that this happened on a plane, the FBI was called in to investigate and eventually we were all sent on our way.
"I'd like to thank everyone for their concern; I am fine and have taken steps to prevent any foot wandering in the future."

From his comment he was sitting behind the woman. Doesnt that mean she had to turn around in her seat, kneel on it, reach over the back of her seat and then smack some stranger in the chest? Who does that crap ???? It all sounds so very bizarre to me. Im sorry but if someone did that to me I would punch them right back and I would be within my rites for defending myself.

I think the whole issue here is Clay Aiken being a diva on a plane. When there is a cat fight on a plane, the FBI had to be called.

Funny, snarky reply by Clay after a gazillion media outlets picked up this not-a-story . I heard that he suggested spending time reading something important like how to help kids on the UNICEF site .

Did it ever occur to anyone that Clay could have pressed charges against the wack job who hit him? We need her picture posted on every news site as a public service warning.
Speaking of pictures...how old is that picture of Clay?!! You need to update your pictures here...unless you are trying to make someone look bad. Clay looks so much better these days....a real hotty.
