Eva Longoria is Forbidden to Have a Baby
Eva Longoria's boss, Desperate Housewives creator Marc Cherry, has told Eva she cannot get pregnant within the first year of her marriage. While at the Saint Germain l'Auxerrois church in France, he informed her that pregnancy has not been written in for her character so she's not allowed. Eva doesn't seem to mind. She responded,
"We're fine with that. We want to spend some time with each other, even though we want kids very much."
I think I would be pretty mad if I was forbidden to have a baby, it's the whole principle of the thing! Although, I guess that's just something that comes with the territory of being an actress. I'm sure she's getting paid enough to make the sacrifice. For the right amount I supposed I could be convinced to wait too :)

I would be happy if Eva never had spawn. One useless bubblehead in the family is enough.
It was a joke made by Marc Cherry during his toast at the reception.
