Looks like Dax Shepard is literally giving the shirt off his back to Kate Hudson. What a gentleman. She looks like she is enjoying herself despite "attempting" to hide from photographers. They were seen together here holding hands as they exited Nobu, a restaurant in Malibu.
There were loads of photographers outside the restaurant when they left. Dax took off his shirt so Kate could hide her face with it. She was giggling because he was topless. They walked hand-in-hand to a black convertible and drove off together."
Didn't she just break up with Owen Wilson whom she just announced she was dating in March? I can't keep up! Aw who cares, I wish them the best.

It could have just been part of a joke or something between them. Could be why they look like they are having so much fun. I love Kate and he seems like a nice guy as well. I hope it works out. Although, I was a big fan of her and Owen.
She got married too young and then decided she still wanted to keep dating and having fun. Ah well, happens to so many people.
