Courtney Cox and David Arquette were photographed leaving One Sunset Hotel in Hollywood last night looking very much like a happy couple. David is helping his wife down the stairs while holding her over-sized bag.  He looks... good! I was never one to throw a compliment his way. But David has definitely cleaned up over the years. Bravo Courtney!
