Jaime Pressly Hated Being Pregnant

Jaime Pressly who just gave birth to her son, Dezzi about two months ago, opened up about being pregnant and why she hated it.

"As a new mom I'm supposed to go on about how wonderful it was to be pregnant. Well, I don't buy into that. The truth is that I love my baby to bits, but the rest of it sucked. Pregnancy was the biggest killer for me. I hated it - I hated being fat. My hormones were all over the place and I acted like some lunatic, picking fights with my boyfriend over how he made my coffee."
"On top of that I had this hideous 'pregnancy mask' skin discoloration which completely covered my face. You can normally use creams to disguise it, but not when you're pregnant, so I had to walk around looking like I was horribly disfigured. This may sound arrogant, but I'm used to looking hot . Just wanted to cry all the time."

Jaime's view on adoption:

"Some women just skip having babies or adopt because they don't want to get fat or they haven't put in the time to find a partner. It's great to adopt, but a lot of adoptions are motivated by vanity and laziness."

Jaime also lets us in on her future plans:

"I'm having a party and then a holiday and I aim to be in a super-****ty outfit for the first and a swimsuit for the second. I love being a mother, but I want to be a super sexy mother with a better body than ever before. When I pull on my spray-on jeans for my party, I want to look in the mirror and like what I see."

I'm not sure where she's going with on that whole adoption thing, but I'm going to ignore what to me, is a very ignorant view point. However, I can understand the whole 'hating of the pregnancy' as I think most of us can relate.

WTF? So some people who adopt, do so for vanity reasons? This coming from this woman who comes across as so shallow and vain!!!

Adoption is a very hard process. You have to go through drug tests, background tests, home studies, and so much more.
She comes off as so ignorant.

I agree with the part that some celebrities dont want to get pregnant cause they dont want to get fat or have stretchmarks...She didnt said ALL of the poeple who adopts are just vain but some are!!And for the hate beeing pregnant part i totally disagree cause I have 3 kids and cant wait to get pregnant again cause i feel so sexy with curves!!!Everyone keep telling how sexy i am pregnant and i love that!!!

My husband and I are in the process of adoption and I personally find that statement very insulting. We have struggled with infertility for 3 years and I would LOVE to be pregnant!

i personally find her to be narrow-minded and very vain ... it is HER opinion and i do applaud her for being so honest but she should have at least tried to say it slightly better and like many people have already said .. i guess SOME of the adoption cases may be linked to some women being lazy and what not but NOT ALWAYS

i dunno, i just find it hard to accept when she was gorgeous during her pregnancy, ... sigh !

Ummmmm, yeeeeeeeeah. This is why actors should just stand there, look good, and keep their mouths shut. Otherwise, they come off as stupid, vain, and wholly self-centered.

I have even less respect for her than I had before, which was, admittedly, not so much.

I disagree with the comment on adoption: some people have diseases that run in the family, hence they decide to adopt. If I were a celebrity, I would also choose to adopt because I have an overwhelming sense of protection for children who lack food and attention; and celebrities make so much more money than most people, hence better resources and time, they can afford to provide better than a regular family. I can not get over how shortsighted and stupid Jamie is; she is the vain one CAUSE SHE HATED THAT PREGNANCY MADE HER LOOK FAT!

most women I know hated being pregnant. It has nothing to do with loving your child or not but some women just hate being fat, hate the hormone surges and hate not being to sleep comfortably. The pregnancy mask thing is just weird though and yeah that would drive me nuts too if I"m used to looking hot.
