This week Lindsay Lohan was expected to announce that she will co-star in Dare to Love Me. The movie takes place in the 1920′s in Buenos Aires, Argentina where Carlos Gardel, a legendary tango dancer, falls in love with a prostitute who is the killed.
In these pictures Lindsay is seen learning to Tango. I wonder if her instructor is from Argentina or Uruguay. That’s where this dance originated. If you’ve never seen anyone do the Tango check out this video. It’s some pretty impressive stuff! I can’t imagine learning all that complicated footwork and then performing in those heels…good luck, Lindsay! Although, after everything that went down last night, I’m sure that’s the least of her problems.
After her arrest, Michael Sands, a publicist for Dare to Love Me’s production company released the following statement:
“Bowline Entertainment is standing behind Lindsay. Lindsay is insured for the movie as of now.”
So as of right now, Lindsay is feeling no after effects from her arrest. And so continues the Hollywood standard.

Re: erica, Actually, Tango originated in Montevideo AND Buenos Aires. But as for Lindsey being a drunken coke-head… That goes without saying.
I think people should boycott movies starring actors with drug or alcohol problems. They should feel some consequece to their actions.
