Following Lindsay Lohan‘s arrest and brief stint in jail this morning, her attorney, Blair Berk, has released the following statement:
“Addiction is a terrible and vicious disease. Since Lindsay transitioned to outpatient care, she has been monitored on a SCRAM bracelet and tested daily in order to support her sobriety. Throughout this period, I have received timely and accurate reports from the testing companies. Unfortunately, late yesterday I was informed that Lindsay had relapsed. The bracelet has now been removed. She is safe, out of custody and presently receiving medical care.”
TMZ is reporting her court date for this offense is scheduled for the same day as her previous DUI. What a mess Lindsay!
I feel as though her sobriety could have been better supported if she stayed out of the clubs, away from her “friends” and had a stronger family unit. Will it take someone losing their life before these young girls snap out of it? I hope not.

Very unfortunate. I was rooting for her.
She needs to stay in rehab until the court date and then stay in jail until her sentance is fully carried out and then…maybe…she might learn something..hope…hope…hope.
