Lindsay Lohan Is Claiming She Is Innocent

Lindsay Lohan is claiming innocence after being arrested for two counts of driving under the influence, possession of cocaine and driving with a suspended license. After being arrested early Tuesday morning, and then being released on a $25,000 bail a few hours later, Lindsay has now sent out an email saying,

"Yes. I am innocent... did not do drugs they're not mine."

Ok let's just say the drugs were not hers, that doesn't explain the .12 blood alcohol level! I really hope she gets all the help she can get and gets her act back together, even if that means jail.
