I think its great. Why smoke to begin with and allow something to have such control over your daily life? In most cases, the characters do not *need* to be smoking anyway. Its unnecessary, disgusting, and deadly. Parents can teach it at home, but its great to see it reinforced elsewhere.

I am 32 and i am not some narrow minded person who only sees smoking as the worsed think in the world,it is bad but is not the one and only bad thing,40% of the CO2 in the air comes from cars,planes and so on,sun without a protection and time limits is very dangerous and skin cancer rates are higher than lung cancer,don;t get me started with the junk food and the heart problems,diabetes and all the rest...so what was immature about my comment,please refresh me?! My only point was that there are so many other bad things but seems that folks only concentrate on the smoking.

This is ****ing ridiculous. now, i'm not a smoker, i can't stand it to be honest, but i am also not one of those anti smoking people that actually try to force people to stop. i don't like those kind of people even more. smoking is a part of life people, and removing it from films is not going to remove it from society. u know how many movies i've seen with smoking, more than i can remember. u know how many times i've smoked, 0. christ people, there have been so many disney movies that had smoking: those crows from Dumbo, yea, the leader was a smoker, Alice in Wonderland, that catterpiller was a smoker, peter pan, ****, even peter took a puff on a pipe when they were with the indians, 101 dalmations, come on people, that had more smoking in it than most movies that are rated R, popeye was a disney movie outside the U.S. and can u picture popeye without his pipe, The Great Mouse Detective, that had a couple smokers, including Basil, Oliver and Company, that Sikes guy was usually puffing a cigar, Honey I Shrunk the kids, Mr. Thompson was a smoker, The Little Mermaid, that butler guy, whatever the **** his name was, he took a couple puffs on a pipe, then Arial tried to play music with it, Angels in the outfield, that pitcher Mel Clark smoked and also the broadcaster, Tarzan, I remember Clayton puffing a pipe a couple times, Atlantis, that old woman smoked, whatever her name was, ****, even Pinocchio took a couple puffs on a cigar in pleasure island. and this is only a small handfull of disney movies, i could go on but i don't want to. jesus people, if u don't want ur kids smoking, sit down with them and explain to them that smoking is bad for them, actually be a "parent". oh, oh, oh, and one last thing, i bet most of u didn't know this, but Walt Disney himself, yea, he was a smoker. Don't believe me, do some research.
