HMMM--I always thought that Hillary Duff was a "SQUEAKY clean" kinda girl! There goes that image!
#3 I think is most likely Hilary Duff...which is so sad. She is starting to look more and more like she is on drugs. You can tell by her sloppy hair and glazed coke eyes.

I agree with sandy pants, Hilary gained 8 or 9 pounds, in which I read in Life & Style, and you can definitely see the difference between her photos last year and this year. Because she has gained weight, not lost it. # 3 sounds more like Courtney Love.
Oh Narc, I wish I had some Vicodin right now. :)
