Nicole Richie Confirms She Is Pregnant

Nicole Richie has finally confirmed what we all know, she is pregnant. In the interview with Diane Sawyer, set to air this Thursday and Friday, Nicole finally confirms she is pregnant with Good Charlotte singer Joel Madden's baby.

"Yes, I am. We are. I'm almost four months,"

Nicole also talks about her DUI arrest and upcoming jail time saying,

"I have a responsibility and it's something that I did wrong, and if I could personally apologize to every single person that has lost a loved one from drunk driving I would, And unfortunately I can't, but this is my way of paying my dues and taking responsibility and being an adult."

I think it is good to wait until you are in the 2nd trimester to announce...I mean what if you told the world at 8 weeks and then lost it...that would be horrible....good for her though!! I think he will be a good dad.

Everybody makes mistakes. She is known for partying, etc but she is still pretty young, and it seems that she has at least acknowledged her past problems.

I wish her good luck for the sake of her baby. Things change when you become a parent, an hopefully she will grow from this experience and become more responsible.

And as far as Hillary Duff goes, I really do feel bad for her, but she was way to young for him anyway and she has a whole future ahead of her!!
