A man named “Jeff” has spoken exclusively to X17 about Britney Spears’ latest troubles. The man, who is not Jeff Kwatinetz who is rumored to be Britney’s new manager, but rather a close friend, has come to Britney’s defense amidst her recent behavior defending her and claiming the press spins the stories on Britney making her look bad. He discusses everything from drugs, why she shaved her head, the custody battle with Kevin, to her family and love life. Check out some of what he has to say below:
On Britney and drugs:
“Britney does NOT do drugs!,” says “Jeff” who tells us he’s strictly against any type of drug use and against anyone involved in any type of drug use. She might enjoy a drink or two when she goes out but that’s it. And the lollipops? — “They’re Tootsie Roll pops, not suckers laced with drugs or whatever Kevin’s camp is claiming — I’ve never even heard of that!” She doesn’t even go out on nights when she has the kids and she becomes very sad immediately after they leave. Her world revolves around her children — 98% of her energy is spent on her children and at this point her career takes a distant second.
The reason Britney infamously shaved her head:
Kevin taunted Britney that even his smoking of marijuana in her presence (Jeff showed us a pic of Kevin on his phone of Kev with a joint in his hands, partying with his friends) would leave traces of the drug that could be picked up by drug testing when they lived together and he threatened to use that against her in a custody battle. After Britney shaved her head, she begged her mom and Kevin to test the hair from the salon however no one went to claim it. Instead, Larry and her family staged an intervention in a hotel room with the same interventionist that put Britney’s father Jamie in rehab and also worked with her brother. Britney begged for them to give her a drug test but eventually felt there was no other option but to enter a treatment program to prove to her family that she was clean and to protect herself from any unfounded accusations in a potential custody battle.
On Britney and the press:
“Britney is very clever. She’s a seasoned celebrity veteran, if anyone knows how the press spins stories, its Britney. Get it straight people, Britney doesn’t go out when her kids are home!! Come on, she has shared custody there is half the week when she’s not with her kids! The press needs to quit being so ignorant at times. If you had 50 cameras and cameramen hovering around you, inches away from you at all times, pushing and shoving, wardrobe malfunctions are bound to happen.”
On Britney’s family:
“They have issues of their own that they need to work on. They need to quit blaming Britney.” He’s totally “turned off by Britney’s family at the moment” He’s also somewhat disappointed in her mom for being so naive.”

No valid points here…she did not beg anyone to come get her hair from the salon, she just shaved her head, Britney is no seasoned celebrity…she is someone who’s lack of intelligence, talent etc was sheltered from the public…This is the true Britney…not the manufactured commercial money machine. You guys need to visit x17. they are accused by their own readers to be on Brits payroll and by the way they are constantly and embarisingly kissing her bum it would seem they are. Also, for such a scoop interview made by "Jef" leaving the nightclub, why no pictures???? Even if they blurred his face. It all seems to perfect for an off the cuff interview, more like a carefully worded and staged set up. Yes it raises some valid points but picture evidence does seem to disprove alot of whats being said. For some one that is being threatened with custody fights is it a good action plan to continue as before ie. clubbing, or would it make more sense to keep your head low and play at being a responsible adult. Who really knows what she is like behind closed doors but photographic evidence and the stories are alarming and I do not blame Kevin for wanting to get to the bottom of this. Any of you would do the same thing if it was your kids and you suspected them of being neglected. I know I would.

I am sorry, I do not buy it. This guy says sheÅ› shy around men too…so shy she gets in a hot tub and strips with some guy she just met? X17…well in truth, they have been accused of being on BritneyÅ› payroll ever since the umbrella bashing event. They do kiss her behind over there, that is for certain! Of course there is going to be an insider in her court, what else does anyone expect? I would like to believe that Britney is a good hands on mom, but I just do not think she is. The children are out with her only after a negative story about her breaks. The Federlines are literally at war now and the stakes, sadly, are the two little ones. I do not think Britney is evil or hates her kids, I think she loves her kids, but her life overwhelms her.She needs some mental help so these issues do not keep surrounding her.I hope she gets her act together for her sake and the sake of her little ones.

Has everyone forgotten how her private life was "leaked" to the media when her nad Kevin were getting married. How upset she was about knowing someone close to her was selling her out. Do we remember we found out it was K-feds family? Come on they are all on the payroll, they need to find some way paying thier debts since Brit divorced Kfed.
A year ago if you read Perez, JustJared, Dlistd or any of the other celeb blogs they were all screaming how sad it was that Brit was married to this fool that was spending her money like crazy, in Vegas with his friends, never home with her and the baby. They all wanted her to leave him. It was a very sad situation.
No matter how you spin it, Kfed is looking for money…there is no getting around that. If he really is looking out for the best interest of his kids…then why doesnt he get a real job? Why isnt he just as interested in seeing to it that his kids with Shar are taken care of??
Bottom Line…..He has and always will be very good at making babies and then being very selfish and partying and till the money train leaves the station. Shar was a fool, and unfortunately Brit was too.
Also if Kfed thinks bringing into court tabloid articles saying what an irresponsible parent Brit is…..turnabout is fair play… just go back one year, time HURTS all wounds!
