Staying In The Public Eye

The always lovely Keira Knightley is on the cover of "Flare" magazine which will be out on news stands August 20th. I usually find Keira to be rather pretty, but I'm not so sure about this cover. What do you guys think of the dress?

And while we are talking about celebrities in magazines, here is Kimora Lee Simmons new ad for Simmons Jewelry Co. The ad reads:
