Lindsay Lohan May Not Face Felony Charges

Let's just call her Lucky Lohan! TMZ is reporting that Lindsay Lohan, who is currently in rehab, may not face felony charges for her two DUI arrests. Lindsay will instead be charged with two misdemeanors for both incidents, in which there is a minimum four day jail sentence.

"Sources say the D.A. almost certainly will not file cocaine charges in connection with her DUI bust Memorial Day weekend in Beverly Hills. As for her July 24 arrest in Santa Monica, the D.A. could charge her with felony cocaine possession, and bringing cocaine into a correctional facility -- also a felony. But we're told that the D.A. is inclined not to file those felony charges either."

this is soo stupid. lindsay lohan was driving recklessly and had drugs TWICE, yet she only gets 4 days in jail. paris hilton had like 1 dui and drove on a suspended license and was going to get a month and a half in jail. Does anybody else see a problem with this?
