Meanwhile, Daddy Pitt took three of his children to the park. Zahara, Pax Thien and Maddox looked like they had the time of their life. Do your children have an absolute melt down when you leave the park? We took Natalie yesterday and spent about an hour there. When we left, she threw herself on the floor and cried for about 10 minutes.

  2. renattta says:

yep, but I found that if I give my son preemtive warnings he does much better,

  3. Elizabeth Custer says:

Yeah, the ten minute warning saves our lives at the pool and the park. Also, when she is a bit older, or you feel like she can reason it, explain to her that her temper tantrums are frustrating to you. If the park leads to temper tantrums then you will have to rethink the next visit. Usually, the encourgement that you will come back if the behavior is appropriate will work. Be sure you tell her you understand that she hates to see the good time stop.

also, Elizabeth Custer, great advice! Thanks!

I rarely comment on photos…..esp of the Brangelina clan….but I was looking at them thinking the same thing…..DO THOSE KIDS KNOW HOW TO WALK YET..what is the deal. And where is shiloh all the time? I have three kids……..that is just NOT normal.

  6. yea.. so says:

Yea they can walk. There are pictures of them in the park ( and many others) running around. Now think of this, you at the park and their are strange people taking pictures and filming your kids at lets say 7 feet away. Would you let your two year old run freely or carry them just to be safe. Unless you want some looney running away with them or gettin too close. Honestly, it would abnormal if they didnt carry them.

I dont see how some people dont understand why they carry them.

  7. misc.michelle says:

My 2 1/2 year-old does throw a fit when we leave the park or pool or where ever. I will start giving a warning 10 minutes before we need to leave. Great advice.

  8. thinking aloud says:

Everyone carries their two year old around.. you see pics of Brooke shields doing the same thing with her daughters and you see many celebs do the same
Denise richards carries both daughters at the same time
most parents carry the small children
    why
simply b/c its easier to get around. If you let them walk out the can take forever and get distracted and run off to every corner.

Ask any parent with children under the age of four…
We carry them cause our pace is much faster than thiers and if time to go home thier is no batgaining power on dads hips…you have to go where he goes..

Spoken from the pro…had three boys..park time is great to have fun but hard to get them out,

    great pics :-)
