They are SCARY skinny!
Keira is thin, but not absurdly so for her frame, although she was looking kind of skeletal a year ago or so, maybe she gained a few pounds. Joely looks horrible, like Skeletor. Unfortunately as a woman ages, a few extra pounds help with the wrinkles...
Sad. And to think their motivation is beauty. That is not beautiful, just sad.
They look like really old ladies. I guess clavicle is the new cleavage.
Also their hair is paying the price, looking very unhealthy and thin.
Old actresses never die, they just fade away.

In the "real world." someone should tie them to a chair and make them eat!
With their choice to be so thin-it is taking away from their natural beauty. Keira almost looks "fake" with the HUGE head over such a thin body. Joley - she needs a nice wrap and a hamburger or four.
They are way too skinny. They are not just thin but obviously unhealthy. They either are not eating or exercising too much or both.

In my opinion, too skinny. However, I think Keira is naturally thin and she looks mostly healthy. Joley looks like a person that is in trouble with bodey image. She needs some fat on her.
Way too thin. Who wants to even look like that anyway? As for the camera adding ten pounds, if a camera is adding ten pounds in these pictures, these woman need to start eating NOW!!!
Some people are just thin naturally. My oldest sister is very thin and the woman eats like a horse ! Its just the way she is made and shes been like that all of her life.
Keira is DEFINITELY too thin and it does not look good. Joely needs to be admitted to a hospital immediately!!!!

Who ever said RAIL skinny was beautiful? I think they both look like nasty little skeletons. Bobble heads maybe. I think I just threw up in my mouth a little.
