Alicia Silverstone generally stays out of the limelight unless it's to promote her vegan lifestyle. I don't think I could live without any animal products, but hey, to each his own! Her hair certainly looks shiny...maybe I need to buy myself some vegan shampoo :)

Me neither, I need my meat. I had wonderful tender lamb steaks last night, green beans and new potatoes. It was delicious.

I always have to laugh about all those tofu sausages and tofu burgers etc., yuk!
If you want to eat a burger, then eat a burger, a proper one!

I third that Ashley & MaryGrace, and highly recommend the new diet book (on the NYTs Best Seller List now, and been seen in the hands of V. Beckham in LA) called "Skinny Bitch," if you want to find out about how giving up at least some animal products can improve your health immensely:) It is an AMAZING book!

One time i use to be vegetarian,as a result had no energy,was yellow in color,had brittle hair and nails,developed anorexia not long after and so on,you can tell me whatever the f**k you want about meat but i wouldnÂ´t give it up ever again!!!!

Lola,some blood types actually require eating meat,like O,so is not only to know what to eat but be sure that this way of eating is the proper for you,i come from the country og yogurt and grow up eating lots of fresh food and milk products,fruits,vegetables but meat as well and like i said i prefer to eat everything in moderate quantities than cut this or that...
