Mischa Barton is known on this site for wearing crazy clothes so sometimes when I see her looking good it momentarily surprises me. When she showed up to Une Journee A Paris in this red dress I had one of those moments. When I saw her I thought to myself, "Oh yeah, I totally forgot. Mischa Barton really IS beautiful!" I just LOVE her makeup!
