UM… HELLO! Check out what Larry Birkhead put together for Dannielyn’s first birthday. We knew that he was going to throw a princess themed party, but I thought that just meant going to Party City and picking up that plate option. WOAH! I guess we will be seeing a lot more of Larry since he has to pay for it all through interviews.

Reese Witherspoon is really enjoying all the rumors that are swirling around about her relationship with Jake Gyllenhaal. She takes it all with a grain of salt and admits it’s something you just get used to. The best part of the interview is Reese admitting she goes to sleep at 9:30 and is really just a dork at heart. That’s why we all love her right?

“At this point it’s all just funny,” Reese tells our JANN CARL. “It’s crazy and funny how much people can make stuff up. I’m actually interested to hear what they say next.” Reese says the rumors are not an issue between her and Jake. “We never discussed that,” she says. “I just have to laugh at a lot of stuff.” Jake also finds the gossip amusing. “There are a lot of very interesting rumors swirling around all the time that you just have to have fun with,” he says. “The interest is flattering but funny too.”

Be careful saying “That’s Hot” around Paris Hilton… ’cause she will sue you! Actually, Paris has a point. Hallmark was selling a card with her picture and the phrase, “That’s Hot” without the heiresses permission. What did they expect her to do? She spends 23 hours a day managing and branding her image.

Paris Hilton has filed a federal lawsuit over a $2.49 Hallmark greeting card that uses a photo of the heiress and her trademarked phrase “That’s Hot.” In a complaint filed yesterday in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles, Hilton alleges that Hallmark has, among other transgressions, misappropriated her image and invaded her privacy with the card, a copy of which you’ll find below. According to the lawsuit, the greeting card, which purports to show Hilton’s “first day as a waitress,” was first distributed earlier this year and remains on sale. Hilton is seeking at least $500,000 in actual damages and a permanent injunction barring Hallmark from further exploitation of her name and likeness.

I feel bad for Vanessa Hudgens. She ’s made it in Hollywood, is part of this mega hit for tweens and teens and then old, nude pictures of her leak onto the Internet. Fine, some say she shouldn’t have taken the nude pictures. But is the concept so far fetched? You’re in love and you want to surprise your toy with a few shots of yourself. Big deal! But when you are backed by Disney… it becomes a terrible, career altering situation. Luckily for Vanessa, they are supporting her. PHEW!! Since then, she released the following statement:

“I want to apologize to my fans, whose support and trust means the world to me, I am embarrassed over this situation and regret having ever taken these photos. I am thankful for the support of my family and friends.”

I reported way back in April that Scarlett Johansson and Ryan Reynolds were dating. Since then, I don’t think I heard a peep about this couple! So, it’s nice to see pictures of the pair looking so comfortable with one another. Click on the thumbnails to see more.

This is one heck of a year for Jeri Ryan! She married French chef Christophe Emé in June and now they are expecting a baby. No word yet on the gender. But we do know she is due in March. Congrats!! This is Jeri’s second child. She also has a 12 year old son from a previous relationship.

“She is thrilled about the new addition and they are very, very happy,” says her rep, David Lust. “They are beyond excited and are beaming from ear to ear.”
