Madonna was photographed leaving London's Claridge's Hotel along side her hubby carrying a see-through plastic bag which revealed her latest purchase - a strap-on sex toy. It looks like it says Purple Penetrator. Is it a gift for someone? Or have we just learned something new about Guy Ritchie?
