Rachel Leigh Cook arrived to the premiere of "All Hat" during Toronto's International Film Festival wearing a billowing black dress with matching strappy shoes. I think she's a beautiful woman, but that dress doesn't do much for her body. And what about her new hair color? When did she go blonde?

i dont hate the dress, but i hate how boring her head looks. she used to have a cool artsy winona ryder look about her & here she looks like kate hudson. the blond is awful & the front of the hair style is aging her.
