Ellen Pompeo knows how to do old school glamour. Even though she went the opposite route of what seemed to be the trend of the evening, white dresses, she's still bound to make some best dressed lists in this get up. The all black could've been boring but she went the accessory route to spice things up...look at that necklace! I'm not much of a gold girl and I probably wouldn't ever wear something like that but I still think it's a pretty interesting piece of jewelry!  What do you think?
