People Magazine is confirming that Mary Louise Parker has adopted a young girl from Africa. The Weeds actress was spotted walking with her new addition over the weekend. This is Mary Louise's second child. She already has a three year old son with Billy Crudup. Unfortunately,  her rep would not give any further information. Congrats!
