Britney Still Has 50/50 Custody, But Gets Dumped By Her Management

The rumors that Britney Spears has lost custody of her children are apparently not true. Britney's lawyer, Laura Wasser, has confirmed that Britney and Kevin still maintain a 50/50 custody agreement. Wasser however, has stepped down as Britney lawyer, stating,
"I don't want anyone to perceive that we're dumping Britney. In a lot of attorney-client relationships, there comes a time when some fresh blood is necessary."
As if things couldn't get any worse, Britney's management team has also dropped her. Britney's former manager, Jeff Kwatinetz, has also issued a statement:
"It saddens us to confirm media reports that we have terminated our professional relationship with Britney Spears. We believe Britney is enormously talented, and has made a terrific record, but current circumstances have prevented us from properly doing our job."
Why is everyone around her jumping ship? Is she that much of a lost cause?

on that note, i think brit should take a few lessons from her ex-hubby... 4 he is an excellent example of someone who is choosing family and self worth b4 a comeback even comes into question...
maybe if he does it this way, he might even salvage himself as a better actor/singer, whatever...thats if he was even deemed talented in the first place by the public (he didnt seem to b). but who knows? maybe people will change his views of him if proves to the public that he is a decent human being, father, ect...which so far, he is proving 2 b successful...go kev!!!

If it is a lost cause she is the only person responsible. The reason these people are jumping ship is because she is preventing them from helping her.
wow, that is really a scary thing..
refering to 9: when people start commenting on events leading to her death...
she is really in a bad place right now...hope she can recover...
frankly, so much crap has happened in the past two years that i 4 got how she even got on this path to self-destruction...
hope she gets out of it somehow...:( maybe another stint in rehab will do the trick...
I think it is called "tough love." Maybe it will help her get back on track.
