Britney Spears Has To Take A Controlled Substances And Alcohol Test Twice A Week

Britney Spears gets to maintain 50/50 child custody with Kevin Federline. But the judge wasn't letting either one off the hook that easily.  Here is a list of stipulations each must follow:

  • Neither Brit nor K-fed can take Sean and Jayden out of state without the written consent of the other.

  • The exes cannot make derogatory statements about each other.

  • Both parents must complete the "Parenting Without Conflict" program.

  • Each party is restrained from using corporal punishment with the children or allowing anyone else to.

  • They are required to engage in joint co-parenting counseling.

  • Neither party may consume alcohol or non-prescription controlled substances 12 hours prior to taking custody of the children.

  • They must ensure that any prospective childcare professionals hold valid Red Cross infant CPR training.

So Kevin is done at this point. Judge Gordon decided that Britney needed a few extra bullets. The popstar must:

  • Attend individual counseling at least once a week to address parenting issues.

  • Meet with a parenting coach for a minimum of 8 hours a week, in at least two sessions a week. The coach is to observe her parenting skills and her interaction with her sons and provide Federline with a written progress report by October 22.

  • And, "based on the evidence presented, the Court finds that there is a habitual, frequent, and continuous use of controlled substances by Petitioner [Spears]," will have to undergo testing for controlled substances and alcohol. The testing shall be conducted twice per week on random dates and times, and the results will be forwarded to the court.

Drug test twice a week! Wow - I guess this guy reads gossip blogs. Is this a little too much? Or exactly what Britney needs to stay straight?

Thanks God that she will take the tests "I" personally saw her in a nice restaurante changing the oldest son diapers at night, that was so gross!!! I hate to see how careless she is with the children, she does not deserve to have full custody of those poor babies.

Wow Vitretex, first of all, learn how to spell. Then do a little research before you start telling us Americans what out laws are. Drinking legally at 20? I think not. Try 21. Additionally, Federal law states that you must be at least 18 to purchase and own a shotgun or rifle, and 21 to purchase a handgun or any other firearm other than a shotgun or rifle. You must also be 18 or 21 to purchase amo for a shotgun/rifle or handgun respectively. Get your facts straight before you post.

Child Protective Services tend to not give the benefit of the doubt--they do act first and clear things up afterwards. If you leave your kids home for half an hour once--you get a warning--twice, they get taken away.
