Did Britney Spears Dye Her Own Hair?

I don't know what happened here and if it was intentional. But Britney Spears is brown again... except for a chunk on the back of her head. She was photographed in her FAVORITE BOOTS making a pit stop for the potty. At least she is smiling again.

Oh, and those boots are actually new. The ones she was wearing repeatedly were Kenneth Cole boots from his 2005 collection. These are different.
