Britney Spears has been allowed supervised visits with her two children until the next court appearance scheduled for October 26th. This really has to be embarrassing for the pop princess! I would NEVER want to go through this in front of the entire world. It’s bad enough this is happening in the first place. Her house must be so quiet without them around.

The judge has also insisted that Britney show up for the next hearing. I know that you are wondering what Brit Brit was doing that prevented her from going to the first showdown. TMZ is reporting she took her pooch for a ride to get a cup o’ joe. Priorities!! Her lawyer was working overtime asking the judge to overrule the original ruling deeming it “unfair”, but L.A. County Commissioner Scott Gordon thought otherwise.

So when will Britney get to see Jayden James and Sean Preston?

“Britney’s access to her kids works out to about every other day. The visits will not necessarily occur back-to-back”.

I can’t believe that Kevin Federline is maintaining temporary custody. For some reason, I thought this would all blow over.  And about the eye patch he was spotted wearing - when asked KFed’s lawyer just said, “His eye was sore.” SORE FROM WHAT???

Yeah… Kevin Federline arrived in court today with a patch over his eye and sunglasses. Not sure what the deal is with that - but I am sure TMZ will get to the bottom of it soon enough. Today is the day that the 50/50 custody split might get reinstated should the judge feel satisfied with Britney Spears‘ explanation on why she hasn’t been following his rules.

“If the judge accepts Spears’s explanation today as to why his orders weren’t fulfilled,” says veteran family attorney Neal Raymond Hersh, “there’s a chance that 50-50 custody will be reinstated – but it’s a longshot.”

Britney is not in attendance. Her lawyer will be doing all the talking. Rumor has it that she is about to admit herself into a rehab center in  Antigua. Yes, that’s the same place she spent less than 24 hours in a few months back. And so the circus begins…

“She’s in Vancouver shooting a movie and I have Lakers seats on the floor, and I’m gonna go to the Lakers (basketball) game with my friend Jesse James,” the 36-year-old rapper says.

“I’m like, `Baby, I got these tickets. I’ll see you on the weekend there,’ and that leads into her saying, `You don’t care about me, blah blah blah,’” Rock says. “She finally comes up with this: `I just had a miscarriage’ … and hangs the phone up.”

Rock, claiming he was unaware that Anderson was pregnant, says he chartered a plane and flew to Vancouver. “When I get there, she’s partying at this restaurant, drinking champagne, jumping on the tables. I’m thinking, `That’s a quick recovery from a miscarriage.’”

What does Kid Rock know about an early miscarriage?! Can you imagine hearing your ex talk about you like this? When Pam heard about what Kid told a reporter, she didn’t bite back.

“I hope his album does well,” the 40-year-old actress says. “I hope he’s happy in life. We were married for four months. If he has nothing nice to say about me, then please tell him to stop talking about me.”

Us Weekly is reporting that Angelina Jolie is in talks to produce a show focusing on Doctors without Borders. She is hoping a network like HBO will pick it up. I think it is great Angie keeps on using her celebrity to do the right thing.

“They’re hoping to sell it to HBO,” says a source. Last year the actress donated $1 million to the organization. A rep for the agency says, “Brad [Pitt]and Angelina have been supporters of ours for a long time. They have been meeting with us to learn more about our work. And they have been meeting with other people about a possible project.”
