If I ever came across a dress that had a sea horse on it, I would keep on walking. But Jennifer Garner gave it a chance and looks absolutely adorable in it. Check out those shoes! Little vixen!! Who knew she had it in her? :)Here she is at a photocall for The Kingdom with Jamie Foxx in Berlin.
