Kate Winslet Promotes A Healthy Body Image To Daughter

Kate Winslet has always been the actress in Hollywood to embrace her body and not conform to the pressures and expectations of the industry. She has begun to teach her daughter that it is okay to have a little meat on one's bones.

"I've just started subtly telling Mia, "I love my belly. You and Joe came out of there. I'm proud of my belly and I'm proud of my hips. I love my body.' "I want to give her something to her that is empowering so when she comes into her teenage years she feels confident in herself.

i think she has a fantastic body, she wears her clothes wonderfully & looks so full of life all the time. everyone says she has the body of a regular average woman, but she still looks way better than all my friends & even most of the women i work with, i think even though she isnt a size 0 her body is still extremely sexy & celebrity like, not at all like most of the women i know.
