Britney Spears' Children Are Judge's Top Priority

At the hearing, Judge Scott Gordon did not make a ruling on Spears' request for overnight visitation with sons Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1. Instead, Gordon told Spears' attorney, Anne Kiley, that he didn't consider this an emergency. "Your client (Britney) made a conscious choice not to do anything that was ordered," Gordon said. That was a choice. That put us in this position."Kiley disagreed with the judge, arguing, "I do think it is an emergency for a 2 and 1-year-old to be with their mother. I feel it warrants overnights. For a 1 and 2 year old it is developmentally and psychologically traumatizing to have their routine disrupted. They need a normal routine at home. Right now, visitation ends at 3 and at that point they are taking naps and are then woken up from their naps."Gordon countered, "I think you are right. These are important times. But at the same time this is a person who is dealing with challenges. And the challenges are substance abuse issues and emotional issues that could have devastating effects on the children."So what has Britney been doing to pass the time you ask? Target. Getting coffee. Eating lunch with a friend. Shopping. And giving the paps an upskirt shot which I won't post. No, she didn't have panties on... again.

She is totally ridiculous.
She should NOT get overnight visits with those boys. I cannot believe that she did not show up in court AGAIN, mandatory or not you go to court to fight for someone you love and she makes no attempts what-so-ever. Why would she even want them overnight? Its not like she ever stayed home when she had them, I feel SO bad for those kids I hope that they do not take this personally when they are older. I hope they do not hate their mother, that is unfair for a child to feel that way. Her actions will make them feel some type of way when they are old enough to understand the deal. As for the upskirt...revolting, disgusting and pitiful come to mind. And people are going to buy her cd, that to me is more disgusting then anything.

If someone gave you a dress that was 2 sizes to small and told you to wear it you would be mortified. Brit thinks its fashion. Will someone send her for an MRI/CT already. She obviously has brain damage that maybe she could get drugs to help regulate. Seriously can you imagine what the "cool" kids would do to you in school if you came out looking like this? Why isnt she bothered by ridulcule (sp?)?
um before you start bashing her for not going to court, all those shots were from yesterday (a lot of gossip sites already had them posted YESTERDAY) so unless the court hearing was yesterday morning, she did not go about shopping and such instead of court. so as much as you all want to hate her, we still have no clue as to where she was this morning!!!

Do you know Kev was at home with the children? Do you know what Brit was doing at the exact time of the hearing? Everyone rags on Brit for not spending enough time with her children, but when she asks for more time she gets slagged off. Kev was supposed to be a party animal when he was with Brit, and now he is father of the year?...yeah, riiiight....he should be subject to the same orders as Brit imho.
