What Is LA Without Lohan?

Rumor has it that Lindsay Lohan is planning on making Utah her permanent residence so she can stay close with her new boyfriend. Riley and Lindsay were photographed eating and shopping in Salt Lake City... but not together. Reports are that Lindsay made sure no pictures were taken of the pair side by side. The Daily News is also reporting that Lindsay is staying with CAA despite reports that she is looking for a change.

The Utah mountain air certainly agrees with Lindsay Lohan. Fresh out of rehab, she told friends Tuesday she wants to move to the Beehive State permanently The reason, she says, is to be with her new boyfriend, Riley Giles, a 25-year-old snowboarder from California. Lindsay will be receiving outpatient care near the Cirque Lodge rehab facility at least through the end of the week.Meanwhile, some have been expecting Lindsay's new broom to be turned on her manager-mom, Dina. One well-placed source suggested she has been looking at other management options for weeks. But another pal close to Lindsay insists that if anyone in her life goes, it won't be the paid professionals. "She could be cleaning out people who have been problematic to her career goals in the past," said the friend.
