Violet Affleck entertained herself with a crisp twenty dollar bill while her mother, Jennifer Garner, pushed her along the streets of NYC. The pair then headed to Central Park where Violet enjoyed some swing time of her own. Love that lil’ girl.

Jamie Foxx Works Hard For His Money

I have to admit something… ANYTHING that Will Smith is in will most certainly make its way into my DVD player. So I hear what Jamie Foxx is saying. But that comment about the grass is a little mean spirited eh?

“Will Smith - he could be in a film with grass and people would go see it because he has that star thing. But with me, I have to craft it. When you have my type of success, you always have to be on your game.”

But How Do You Really Feel?

Monday, October 15th, 2007 at 2:48 pm

“I still think photographers should be lashed out at. They should be put in a cage where you can poke them with a stick for a quarter. But not in a hostile way, just for giggles. “They really are on the attack against mankind; it’s a disease. They should be helped somewhere. But I’d still like to poke them with a stick.”

Jennifer Aniston Wants To Either Be A Spy… Or Oprah

Monday, October 15th, 2007 at 2:03 pm

More quotes from Jennifer Aniston’s Harper’s Bazaar interview are coming in. She really is thinking about moving to NY permanently because there was a time when she actually walked in Manhattan for 40 blocks and no one even noticed. Oh - and if she had a choice, she would either be a glamorous spy who lives in Monaco or Oprah. :) Here are the quotes so you can make sense of it all.

On who she would be if she could choose:

“I would love to be Oprah – for just one day.”

On what she would choose to be if she had to work for the government:

“I’d be a spy. A very glamorous spy who plays poker and lives in Monaco. And has affairs with Daniel Craig.”

On once walking 40 blocks in NYC without going noticed:

“If you can get away from the paparazzi and they don’t know where you are, you can actually walk, walk, walk.”

On LA:

“I don’t know, I’m just tired of Los Angeles. In New York, you’re not just in that same car, looking at that same dashboard, driving down the same street.”

On critics:

“I used to care a hell of a lot more about what people said or thought. But that had to change when my life was under a microscope being scrutinized and my personal life was being talked about. You have to go, ‘This is not acceptable in any way,’ whether it’s about me personally or in business, success versus failure.”

On her box office success:

“I’ve read things that said I wasn’t successful at the box office or that my big hit was The Break-Up. But I said, ‘Wait a minute. There was Along Came Polly, which did really well, and Bruce Almighty was a pretty big movie.’

On Friends:

“I don’t think anybody thought Friends would become what it did,” she says. “It’s all good, though. It’s nothing but blessings,” she says. “But seriously, who actually dances in a fountain?”

Despite reports that Jessica Simpson was secretly shopping for a new home on the east coast, she confirmed earlier this week that is just isn’t true. That link has a video if you are interested in watching a little clip of Jess going back to her car. Here she is with a bunch of friends (not photographed) eating at Duke’s.

Mark Wahlberg Doesn’t Take The Lord’s Name In Vain

Monday, October 15th, 2007 at 1:21 pm

mark-god.jpg
I already posted some pictures of Mark Wahlberg pumpkin picking with his family this morning. But how can I pass up another opportunity?! While filming The Happening, M. Night Shyamalan’s latest creation, the actor was required to blaspheme. He doesn’t mind doing anything else a director asks of him. But this particular task for trying. He even went home and asked for forgiveness after the scene was complete.

“I had to say ‘G’ ‘D’ in this new movie and that was extremely difficult… He (Shyamalan) asked me if I would say it and I did, and I asked for forgiveness that night when I got home.”
